I've never had a bad experience. Elin is phenomenal! She is my go-to for design & Jay is my guy! He works fast & efficiently....Listens to desired shape, length, etc., & I always walk out looking fire! And as for pedicures, you can't go wrong with any of the ladies there but Kathy is THAT girl! If I have to wait to sit in her chair, then that's just what it is! I'm never disappointed!!! Customer service here is horrible. I came multiple times and majority of the nail artists don’t know how to do anything other than paint one color. Coco and Zola aren’t capable of a nail design that requires the slightest bit of technique. Kathy is very talented, love her. Consistent quality. Elin does great work with an atrocious attitude. Almost as if she’s the owner and too good to work. Horrible avoid going there payed 25 dollars for a pedicure and 15 for a manicure that was not well done. Aside from that the way they painted my nails did not seemed professional its someting I could of done myself at home. The person that did my nails was Ivy. After a few years I decided to give it another try and got acrylic toes. My toes started chipping within 4 days and I came back 7 days later which was inconvenient. While I also had to pay to fix something that should be lasting me well over a week.. they also are not gentle with your cuticles. Left mine bleeding and just worked around it without putting alcohol on it immediately after. Not sanitary. Definitely should’ve stayed away.
